Balanced Lifestore started with something very personal: my own journey towards better health and wellbeing.

Around five years ago, I started paying more attention to how I was looking after myself — eating better, exercising consistently and making more conscious choices about what I was putting into my body. Over time, I realised that caring for my health wasn’t just about what happened on the inside. Taking care of my skin and what I was putting on it felt like a natural progression of that journey.

That’s how my passion for skincare began.

I started discovering brands and products that were not only effective, but also thoughtfully formulated, gentle and made with ingredients I felt comfortable using on my own skin. I tried, tested, researched and, most importantly, listened to what worked for me.

Balanced Lifestore grew from that passion.

Today, I personally choose every brand and product we offer, and I test as many of them as I can on my own skin before bringing them into the store. I’m not a skincare expert or dermatologist — and I don’t pretend to be. I’m simply someone who genuinely cares about skincare, wellness and making better choices.

My goal is to make skincare feel less overwhelming and more enjoyable.

There are so many products, ingredients and routines out there that knowing where to start can feel impossible. I want Balanced Lifestore to be a place where you can discover carefully selected products, clean and thoughtful formulations, and get honest recommendations based on real experience.

And while you can shop with us online, my favourite part is still meeting you in person. I love getting to know my customers, hearing about their skin journeys and helping them find products that feel right for them.
